Adding to the job
If you want a gate or another run added after you sign, we write a new line with its own price, and you sign that line first.
If we open the ground and find a buried footing or a rotted post outside the run, we show it to you and price it before we touch it. Nobody upsells you with the crew standing in the yard.

We need the yard clear on the first morning. Move cars off the driveway, unlock the side gate, and pick up toys and anything loose along the fence line.
